端午節是紀念中國歷史上的戰國時代，因屈原直諫遭當時的王而被流放異鄉，因日夜思念故鄉，作《懷沙》一賦。懷抱一石，投入汨羅江而死。當地的人民因擔心屈原的屍體遭魚吃食，用糯米做成粽子投江。親年的端午節明信片主題是葉子，類似竹葉，重疊佈置，並有香包點綴。採用的詩句是中國唐朝詩人杜甫的《端午日賜衣》，端午佳節，皇上賜予名貴遊細葛紡成的香羅衣，柔軟而潔白。酷暑時，穿上它清涼無比。受此衣終身一世承載皇上的盛情。聖經經文是使徒行傳1:8，那裡說到聖靈降臨到聖徒的身上，加給他們力量到各地去傳福音。
 
(The Dragon Boat Festival commemorates the Warring States Period in Chinese history, when Qu Yuan was exiled to a foreign land due to his outspoken admonitions against the king of the time. He missed his hometown day and night and wrote the poem "Huai Sha". He embraced a stone and jumped into the Miluo River and died. The local people were worried that Qu Yuan's body would be eaten by fish, so they made glutinous rice dumplings and threw them into the river. The theme of this year's Dragon Boat Festival postcard is leaves, similar to bamboo leaves, arranged in overlapping patterns and decorated with sachets. The poem used is "Granting Clothes on the Dragon Boat Festival" by Du Fu, a poet of the Tang Dynasty in China.
